I’ve finished Rescue Me (Loved the ending, despite what happened to /spoiler removed/), and now on Netflix, I’m moving onto my next show to watch beginning to end, and unlike rescue me, I got into it after it ended:
Avatar: The Last Airbender! Seems appropriate with the new Legend of Korra show which by the way, is some top quality television. I’m striving to be an animation major and that shows’ animation is a MAJOR improvement from Avatar.
I’ll probably post Avatar related things along the way on my journey through the series

Finished season 6 of Rescue Me, and gonna finish the final season asap.

Kid Icarus: Uprising
Now I’m only on chapter 3, but I can already tell this game is awesome. Unlike Link, Pit talks… A lot. But it’s not bad, it adds that goofy heroic dialogue, and the helpful voice of reason, Palutena, and has all the wit and humor of a Saturday morning cartoon. This isn’t a bad thing though, this game and Resident Evil: Revelation are the two best reasons to buy a 3DS. I can’t believe how much I’m enjoying these games, if I didn’t have so much school work and things to do I’d be knee deep in them right now.
And about the Circle Pad Pro… I use it for Resident Evil: Revelation because it makes it 100x easier to play and more fun. But for Kid Icarus, the only choice given is to use the add on pad for moving Pit around, and to move a character around on a RIGHT analog stick when I’ve been mainly moving the character in ANY given game around using the LEFT analog stick my whole life… It’s frustrating and I can’t get used to it, especially when I can use the right side buttons… Still a little hard for a lefty like me but it’s less far away from the screen so yeah, I dont use the add-on pad for this one.

My room! Awesome.
1. I have a lot of posters. If I may list most of them: Against Me! (my biggest poster), Neutral Milk Hotel, a signed Aggrolites poster, a signed Anberlin poster, Four Year Strong, some art from my girlfriend (including a drawing of me as a woman, hehehe), a Community Records poster, Bomb The Music Industry!, Lemuria, Broken Bells, a signed Big D and the Kids Table, Streetlight Manifesto, The Black Keys, The Swellers, a Samus Aran wall sticker… I think that’s it.
2. I have a Catherine pillowcase that I’m sure my grandmother is concerned about.
3. I have a tiny HDTV that doesn’t have cable so I use it to play PS2 and Sega Genesis games on.
4. I have like 12 pairs of shoes in my closet that I don’t wear but I keep them around as reference when I want to buy new shoes.
5. Walls are like… wooden paneling? I think? It’s hard to explain.
6. My collection of CDs in my room is pretty big, I must have over 100 of them and growing.
7. I have a whole bunch of anime figures, granted most were given by a friend (who loves One Piece) and some of those figures include: Yoko (Gurren Lagann), multiple Evangelion figures, Luffy, Ivankof, Mihawk, Don Flamingo, Blackbeard (One Piece), a Sgt. Frog Tamama , Seras Victoria, a Meowth, Ho-oh/Lugia, Totodile, some weird tentacle creature from Kamen Rider, Yuffie (Final Fantasy), and a Bioshock Big Daddy figure.
8. There is a GIANT PLUSH PIG in my room! My girlfriend got it at like… Goodwill for $5 and it’s the best.
9. A red (…maroonish) rug.
10. If its not clean, I kind of panic and frantically clean it up because I’m weird and don’t like when I cant find my stuff or can’t move around in here

I think one of my favorite characters on Rescue Me is dead oh god.. I’m on season 6 and the episode I just finished showed the crew running over to find Lou on the ground (after days of being in pain, and admitting to overeating)….. And I don’t want to spoil it for myself, but he better not be dead oh man
Ill watch the next episode tomorrow, at WORK! Speaking of work, I better go to sleep.
